Synopsis

Background
Phantasy Star Online 2: Episode Oracle is a new anime series and the second anime adaptation based on the game series Phantasy Star Online. It will recompile the story of “Episodes 1-3' of the original game as well as will also include an original story. It is being directed by Masaki Tachibana at studio Gonzo, with Hiroshi Onogi, Shigeru Morita, and Bunsei Asanuma writing the script, and Shinpei Koikawa designing the characters. The anime’s opening theme song is 'Destiny' by Aimee Blackschleger, and the ending theme is 'Timeless Fortune' by Mika Arisaka. The anime premiered in Japan on Oct. 7 and will run for 25 episodes.
